Rates quoted are based on borrowers with minimum middle credit scores of 680 or above who are looking for a maximum loan-to-value (LTV) of 90%. There are other factors that play a role in determining what loan programs and interest rates are available. Please contact us for a custom quote. Unless otherwise indicated, these Annual Percentage Rates (APR) calculations are based on the following: Loans whose maximum loan amount is below $417,000 (called conforming loans) with no closing costs, as these will vary by title company and other customary charges to close a loan. Loans exceeding the $417,700 limit are called Jumbo Loans with no closing costs, as these will vary by title company and other customary charges to close a loan. Your actual APR will differ based on the factors mentioned above for each loan. Rates are based on average consumer qualifications and will vary based upon individual credit scores, assets, debt to income ratio (DTI) full doc, no doc no asset no income verification type loans, owner v. non-owner occupied.
